Terms and Conditions for Juliana Mary & Co. LLC
Description of Services: Juliana Mary & Co. LLC (hereafter referred to as "Juliana Mary & Co.") provides members access to a collection of high-quality mockups and stock photography for use in their creative projects. Members receive unlimited access to our library of curated, artistic images and mockups, as well as regular updates and new releases.
Eligibility: Membership to Juliana Mary & Co. is open to individuals and businesses who are 18 years of age or older and reside in a country where such membership is legal. By becoming a member, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Fees and Payment Terms: Membership to Juliana Mary & Co. is offered on a monthly or yearly subscription basis. Members are responsible for paying the applicable subscription fee in a timely manner. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time, but any changes will be communicated to members in advance.
Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new members who are not completely satisfied with their membership. To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your membership start date. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the request. To receive a refund you must meet the following conditions: you are a new member and have not had a membership in the past, you have not downloaded any images, mockups, or content from within the membership, and you are submitting your request via email to hello@thestyledstockshopmembership.com within 14 days of your membership start date.
Termination: Members may cancel their membership at any time, but no refund will be given for any unused portion of the membership term. Juliana Mary & Co. reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time, without notice, if the member breaches any of these terms and conditions.
Intellectual Property Rights: All images, mockups, and other content provided through the membership site are the property of Juliana Mary & Co. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these images for their own personal or commercial projects. Members may not distribute, sell, or otherwise transfer any of the images or content provided through the membership site to any third party.
Limitation of Liability: Juliana Mary & Co. will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our membership site or the images and content provided through the site, including but not limited to any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability to you is limited to the amount of your membership fee.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in the state of Michigan, USA.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: Juliana Mary & Co. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the membership site after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan, USA, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
